1. During this period, the following services via the Library Portal will not be available:

  • OPAC
  • Check Loan Record
  • Online Renewal
  • Online Reservation/Cancellation of reservations
  • Change Library PIN
  • Add New Title Alert
2. The date-due, over-due reminder and reservation allocation service via email will also not be available during this period. Please refer to the printed date-due receipts or check your loan record in the OPAC before 4 October 2010 to avoid the late return of loan items.
 
3. Please note that the OPAC and loan records will not be immediately updated until the upgrading exercise is over.
 
4. Library items with due-dates from 4 to 15 October 2010 may be returned at the service counters or via the book drop.
 
5. You may continue to borrow or renew your loans at the service counters. 
 
The above services of the Library Management System will resume from 18 October 2010.
